About This Course
The Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) exam is a globally recognized certification for experienced business analysts. Administered by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), the CBAP exam tests a candidate’s knowledge of business analysis principles, practices, and techniques as outlined in the BABOK® Guide (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge).
The exam consists of 197 multiple-choice scenario-based questions to be completed within 3.5 hours. It covers six key knowledge areas, including Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Elicitation & Collaboration, Requirements Life Cycle Management, Strategy Analysis, Solution Evaluation, and Requirements Analysis & Design Definition.
CBAP certification is ideal for professionals with at least 7,500 hours of business analysis experience over the last 10 years. It validates expertise in identifying business needs, recommending solutions, and driving organizational success.
